How You’ll Make An Impact
- Define, develop, and implement goals and objectives for the organization
- Maintain broad oversight of operations and direct timely responses to issues
- Promote independent actions of staff to improve operations and customer relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety guidelines
- Provide leadership in conflict resolution and staff development
- Develop customer relationships and strategies to meet financial and strategic goals
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Oversee quality of work and responsiveness to customer needs
- Manage and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Promote staff training and manage performance
- Take full ownership of the field service P&L
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 8–10 years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and customer meetings
- Experience in high voltage field service (installation, commissioning, repair, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with MS Office365, SharePoint, SAP (asset)
