Responsibilities/Qualifications
The Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives as defined by the senior leadership team. This role plays a critical part in driving organizational change, improving operational efficiency, and achieving cost savings, revenue growth, and technical debt reduction. The Transformation Project Manager will work cross-functionally with business, tech leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Responsibilities/Qualifications
The Transformation Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic transformation initiatives as defined by the senior leadership team. This role plays a critical part in driving organizational change, improving operational efficiency, and achieving cost savings, revenue growth, and technical debt reduction. The Transformation Project Manager will work cross-functionally with business, tech leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leaders to define project scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resources
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiencies and cost savings
- Partner with technology teams to reduce technical debt and support modernization efforts
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and communications for project success
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and project health to leadership
- Ensure projects align with organizational strategy and deliver measurable value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- PMP and/or PMI certifications strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation or strategic projects
- Strong background in process improvement, change management, and/or operational excellence
- Demonstrated success delivering projects that drive cost savings, efficiencies, or revenue impact
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and influencing without direct authority
- Adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
