We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our data assets. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

What You'll Do
Monitor and assess data quality across multiple systems and databases
Develop and implement data quality metrics and reporting dashboards
Design and execute data validation and cleansing procedures
Document data quality issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them
Create automated data quality checks and monitoring processes
Analyze data patterns and identify anomalies or inconsistencies
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in data analysis or quality assurance
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
Excellent communication and documentation skills
