Marketing and Sales
Canada
Hiring from: Canada
Department: Operations
Location: Remote Canada
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 / year
At AgencyAnalytics, we empower marketing agencies with cutting-edge tools to streamline their reporting processes and elevate their client relationships. As a leading B2B SaaS company, we specialize in providing automated reporting software tailored to the unique needs of marketing professionals worldwide. Our mission is to revolutionize how agencies analyze and communicate data, ultimately helping them drive better results for their clients.
As a Data Analyst, you will be a key driver of Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics. In this role, you’ll dive into complex data, uncover actionable insights, and fuel smarter decisions that directly impact our sales and marketing performance. You’ll design and maintain scalable metrics, build robust data pipelines, and develop intuitive dashboards and self-serve tools that empower teams to move faster with confidence.
Reporting directly to the Director of Data & Insights, you’ll join a small but growing team of two Data Analysts and a Data Engineer. This is your chance to get in early, make your mark, and help shape the data-driven culture at AgencyAnalytics from the ground up!
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- You have a collaborative drive and work closely with our Marketing (Paid Acquisition, Content) and Sales teams, using data to uncover what’s working, spotlight growth opportunities, and guide high-impact decisions.
- You have a deep curiosity for data and turn raw inputs into actionable intelligence, collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to surface meaningful patterns and business insights.
- You have a sharp eye on Paid Acquisition strategy, supporting the team by analyzing experiments and identifying what truly moves the needle on performance metrics.
- You have ownership of building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations, making key trends and insights easily accessible and understandable for stakeholders across the business.
- You have a hand in shaping the data foundation, partnering with the Data team to design and implement scalable data models that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
- You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, ideally in a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on marketing and sales performance. Experience partnering with Paid Acquisition teams is a major plus.
- You have a sharp analytical mindset and problem-solving instincts, enabling you to uncover patterns, interpret trends, and turn raw data into strategic, actionable insights.
- You have a knack for data storytelling, transforming complex datasets into compelling visuals and clear recommendations that influence business outcomes.
- You have advanced SQL skills and solid Python experience, with a strong grasp of data warehousing and ETL/ELT workflows. Bonus if you’ve worked with Snowflake, dbt, or Metabase.
- You have the communication chops to break down technical topics, tailoring your message for both technical stakeholders and business leaders alike.
- You have a collaborative mindset and thrive in cross-functional environments, building strong partnerships across teams to move projects forward and deliver results.
Our base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 CAD. Compensation is determined by factors such as market salary data within Canada, technical skills, previous work history, and internal pay equity. Many positions also include additional variable compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will discuss with you during the interview process.
