The Merchandise Coordinator will maximize Nautica and Lucky Brand presentation, profile, and prominence on the retail selling floor to increase sales while cultivating partnerships with Store MGMT, visual and merchandising teams. This remote position will based in the LA Metro region.

Position Responsibilities
- Execute and elevate seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for each family of business in dept store accounts
- Train store teams on product knowledge, customer service and merchandising standards to maintain brand integrity and maximize product sell thru.
- Provide daily/weekly verbal and written communication regarding various aspects of store visit.
- Support account strategies to maximize sales and plan for future business.
- Act as a liaison with all levels of account store team and SPARC Sales Teams.
- Schedule store visits based on business needs and react to the ever changing retail environment
- Strong retail or wholesale background, should possess business acumen, visual and merchandising experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- People management experience desired.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Responds effectively to changing priorities and the ability to keep track of multiple projects on a continuing basis.
- Detail oriented, highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and move product/fixtures as needed.
- Experience managing Business travel and expense platforms
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
- Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
- Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
