About The Role

The Intern Microsoft AI Consultant role focuses on delivering cutting-edge AI solutions using CoPilot Studio, tailored to enhance client operations. This is a client-facing position requiring both technical expertise and exceptional customer interaction skills.

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions using Microsoft’s CoPilot Studio to create intelligent agents and workflows that address client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.
  • Leverage advanced AI models and frameworks in CoPilot Studio to optimize and automate business processes.
  • Provide technical guidance on integrating CoPilot Studio solutions with existing systems and workflows.
  • Evaluate and incorporate best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient implementations of AI solutions.
  • Deep working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and repositories.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Deploying and managing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
  • Working knowledge of GitHub and Terraform is considered an asset.
  • Assist clients in evaluating the suitability of various AI tools and products for their unique business challenges.
  • Develop documentation, including design, build, and configuration specifications.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to clients or internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project goals.
  • Participate in internal initiatives to enhance AI capabilities and expand the CrucialLogics lab environment for testing and learning.
  • Maintain and pursue relevant Microsoft certifications and technical skills to stay current in the field.

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in AI and machine learning projects, with a specific focus on Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
  • 2-4 years of direct work experience in designing, developing, and deploying IT application development (preference for AI-driven solutions).
  • Proficiency in working with AI frameworks, models, and tools available in CoPilot Studio.
  • Experienced with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio, Azure AI studio)
  • Experience in creating custom connections & flows in Power Platforms
  • Knowledge of creating custom entities to be used in flows
  • Experience in creating triggered and autonomous agents using azure AI/Copilot Studio
  • Experience configuring Dataverse and Security Roles
  • Scripting and automation experience with tools such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of competing platforms like OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI, and Large Language Models like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Lama is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Azure-based AI tools, such as Azure OpenAI Service and Cognitive Services, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer Associate and Power Platform Developer are an advantage.
  • This position is funded through a Government program and is open only to candidates who are current students or recent graduates residing in Canada.
  • Candidates must be enrolled in or have recently completed a post-secondary program.

Work Conditions

  • Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
  • Able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
  • Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
