We’re seeking an SEO Strategist to develop and execute strategies that drive organic traffic and revenue growth. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to optimize content, improve site performance, and increase visibility across local and international markets. This role requires strong knowledge of SEO best practices, content marketing, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve traffic, rankings, and revenue.
  • Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements like meta tags, headings, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Lead technical SEO efforts including site audits, speed optimization, and indexing improvements.
  • Manage and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and content teams to integrate SEO best practices.
  • Support local and international SEO strategies, including Google My Business and multi-regional content optimization.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-powered SEO techniques, and incorporate them into strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and content SEO.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
  • Ability to translate SEO data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
  • Experience with international SEO and multi-region content strategies is a plus.

Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $100,000-$130,000 CAD in most Canadian locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
