Responsibilities
- Insight-Driven Strategy & Opportunity Identification
- Analyze internal performance data and external market trends to uncover actionable growth levers across the practice network.
- Quantify the revenue potential and ROI of new initiatives using advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
- Assess market readiness and operational feasibility for new service expansions or enhancements.
- Prioritize initiatives based on insight-led evaluations of business impact and execution complexity.
- Analytics-Fueled Campaign & Product Growth:
- Lead data-informed campaign strategies that target provider education and optimize patient referral workflows.
- Conduct structured market research (quantitative and qualitative) to identify unmet needs and service white spaces.
- Partner with marketing to test and refine messaging using performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes to continuously optimize targeting, content, and channel performance.
- Sales Enablement with Data at the Core
- Translate growth strategies into sales-ready execution plans anchored in market insights and performance data.
- Develop insight-rich playbooks and enablement assets, including ROI calculators, referral funnel visuals, best practices, and value propositions.
- Equip field teams with dashboards, reporting tools, and training modules that drive adoption and measurable behavior change.
- Lead feedback loops with the field to refine assets based on user data and frontline insights.
- Performance Analytics & Impact Reporting
- Measure key performance indicators such as referral velocity, revenue lift, provider activation, and campaign ROI.
- Use diagnostic analytics to uncover performance gaps and generate targeted recommendations for improvement.
- Present insights to leadership during monthly/quarterly business reviews and planning sessions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Rooted in Data
- Build strong, insight-driven partnerships with operations, clinical, financial, and analytics teams to align on execution.
- Collaborate with the Patient Care Team to analyze engagement trends and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure consistency and transparency in data usage, reporting methodologies, and success criteria across functions.
- Deep analytical thinker with a passion for using insights to drive business outcomes.
- Strong background in healthcare services, product strategy, or growth marketing with a focus on metrics.
- Skilled in synthesizing complex data into clear stories, recommendations, and execution plans.
- Adept at working across functions to align stakeholders around insight-driven strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and storytelling.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, training and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and EMR systems (e.g., athenahealth) is a plus.
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, etc.).
- Salesforce.com experience
