As Our Construction Scheduling Expert, You’ll Bring Deep Knowledge Of Construction Scheduling—especially Around Primavera P6, CPM, And Field Execution Workflows—to Help Us Deliver Value In Two Key Areas

• Solution Engineering: Support our Account Executives in technical sales conversations, helping large GCs evaluate how Outbuild fits into their scheduling stack.
• Product Leadership: Partner closely with our product team to shape roadmap priorities, validate new features, and ensure our solution solves real-world field problems.
  
  

You’ll play a critical role in how we go to market and how we build the future of construction planning technology.

What You’ll Do Sales & Solution Engineering

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical sales conversations with enterprise prospects
• Lead or support demos with scheduling teams—especially those using P6 or complex CPM workflows
• Help position Outbuild as a powerful complement or modern alternative to P6
• Train and upskill internal teams on scheduling concepts to raise product and sales fluency
  
  

Product & Strategy

• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize roadmap features
• Translate user feedback into clear, actionable insights
• Participate in testing and validating scheduling functionality pre-release
• Champion the voice of the scheduler—ensuring product decisions reflect real jobsite needs
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or planning management
• Expert-level knowledge of Primavera P6 and critical path method (CPM)
• Strong grasp of the construction project lifecycle and how schedules impact real-world outcomes
• Comfort leading conversations with clients and internal teams, especially in a technical or demo setting
• Experience collaborating with product or software teams is a major plus
• Familiarity with Lean Construction and the Last Planner System is a strong asset
• Experience with legal, claims, and risk implications tied to scheduling

100,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Remote)
