Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can craft compelling written and visual content across multiple platforms, with a focus on brand consistency, audience engagement, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content for digital channels including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to align content with branding and campaign strategies.
- Conduct research and interviews to create industry-relevant and insightful content.
- Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content formats.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Familiarity with SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the technology or software development industry.
- Experience working in distributed, multicultural teams.
- Video editing or podcasting experience.
