About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is not just about filling vacancies; it is about shaping the future of our engineering and technical teams by identifying top talent in innovative and strategic ways. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop data-driven recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation, with a particular focus on engaging passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless candidate experience, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to Tetra Tech’s ongoing growth and success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience; HR or Business degree preferred
- 8+ years of proven experience as a corporate recruiter, preferably within technical or engineering sectors
- Successful track record recruiting entry-, mid-, and senior-level professionals in engineering verticals
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Taleo experience preferred
- Expertise in sourcing active and passive talent via LinkedIn and other social platforms using strategic search techniques
- Strong ability to partner with and advise stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven team player capable of managing multiple requisitions
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Remote work flexibility available
- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop and implement effective, data-driven recruitment strategies that support business goals
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and technical roles, from proactive sourcing to offer acceptance
- Engage passive talent through personalized outreach and strategic sourcing techniques
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure audit readiness within the applicant tracking system
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI tools to identify and attract top-tier candidates
- Craft compelling job advertisements and outreach messaging to stand out in a competitive talent market
- Manage multiple requisitions efficiently, balancing urgency, detail, and compliance in a fast-paced environment
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and proactive coordination
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align expectations
- Monitor labor market trends, sourcing innovations, and recruitment technology to continuously improve sourcing strategies
