Focus areas include channel performance, territory development, and coaching the field team to exceed sales targets in residential, commercial, and OEM markets.
Job Duties
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers and Strategic Account Managers.
- Set clear performance goals; deliver regular coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews.
- Align regional plans with national pricing, programs, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Implement and monitor tactical sales plans across residential, commercial, and OEM segments.
- Track field activity, pipeline health, contractor engagement, and forecast accuracy via CRM.
- Drive adoption of Centrotherm solutions through key distributors; build pull-through with contractors.
- Monitor rep firm performance in partnership with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Oversee relationships with national and regional strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with OEM Strategic Account Manager to support target OEM account development.
- Support major bids to secure large-volume contractor or OEM partnerships.
- Actively participate on industry boards and committees (HARDI, ASA, Blue Hawk, Commonwealth Group, AD) to enhance market presence.
- Partner with Marketing on national campaigns, product launches, and brand visibility.
- Work with the CEO, Sales Operations Manager & Operations on forecasting, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide Voice-of-Customer insights to Product Management and Engineering.
- Leverage KPIs and market data to refine strategy and deliver continuous improvement.

Experience and Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or building materials industries.
- 3+ years managing field sales teams or regional managers.
- Strong knowledge of two-step distribution, contractor-driven sales, and rep agency management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Valid passport; ~50 % travel within U.S. & Canada plus ~5 % international as required.

- Ability to travel frequently by air and car, including cross-border trips.
