The Role:

We’re hiring a Resource Operations Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our consultant network.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything related to our consultants — making sure they feel supported, heard, and equipped to succeed.

You’ll also help boost our presence across social media and stay open to new opportunities as we grow.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, people-centered, organized — and hungry to grow with a high-energy startup.

What You’ll Do:

• Consultant Relationship Management:
• Support consultants by answering questions, guiding their job search, and helping them navigate opportunities.
• Ensure consultant profiles on Turbin are complete, polished, and ready for clients.
• Make sure our consultants are engaged and excited to work with us.
• Opportunity Management:
• Match consultants with open roles and help manage our consultant pipeline.
• Social Media Support:
• Support social media activities that highlight consultants, job opportunities, and Turbin’s growth.
• Flexibility and Growth:
• Support special projects and new initiatives as we grow.

You Are:

• A strong communicator who loves working with people
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Proactive, energetic, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable with change and excited about new challenges
• Ambitious and excited to grow your career in a startup environment
• Autonomous, capable of working and handling projects with minimal supervision.
• (Bonus) Experience in staffing, consulting, or HR is a plus

Starting salary: $50,000 + Commission.

Salary and package may be renegotiated every 6 months with the growth of the company.
