We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative Instructional Design Intern to join our Academy team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience designing engaging learning content, with a focus on video production and eLearning development. You’ll collaborate with experienced designers and subject matter experts to support training initiatives that drive real impact in the technology industry.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Agile instructional design models (SAM) and adult learning principles
  • Video editing and multimedia production for training
  • Basics of AI technologies in learning (e.g., AI-powered content generation)
  • Use of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline and Rise)
  • Learning Management System (LMS) basics, course publishing, and reporting
  • Project collaboration in a corporate training environment
  • How to conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and developing instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and job aids for technical training
  • Support video production, including editing and formatting training videos
  • Create storyboards and content outlines
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content
  • Review and revise training materials based on feedback
  • Help upload and test content in the LMS
  • Track project progress and maintain documentation


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
