How You Will Contrib
ute• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients exploring interventional treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and IV Ketami
ne.• Evoke compassion and kindness through your tone and presence over the phone, even when speaking to individuals facing deep emotional hardship or cris
is.• Conduct initial assessments with genuine empathy and insight, helping patients articulate their needs and goa
ls.• Confidently and clearly explain treatment options, next steps, and required documentation while ensuring patients feel heard and support
ed.• Use consultative and motivational sales techniques to help patients understand the value and potential of interventional ca
re.• Prioritize high-impact opportunities with discipline and thoughtfulness to ensure the right patients receive timely and appropriate ca
re.• Follow up with leads in a timely and thoughtful manner, building trust and maintaining momentum throughout the intake journ
ey.• Accurately document all patient notes and communications in our system, setting up the clinical team for succe
ss.• Work in close partnership with clinical teams, internal stakeholders, and potential referral sources to deliver a seamless, connected patient experien
ce.• Strive to consistently meet and exceed departmental and company-wide KPIs, understanding the deeper mission behind each metric and how your performance directly impacts patient access and outcom
es.• Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in every patient interacti

Requirem
ents• 2+ years of successful inside sales, healthcare intake, or patient-facing experie
nce.• Strong communication skills with the ability to be articulate, persuasive, and authen
tic.• Experienced working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environm
ent.• Track record of contributing solution-oriented resu
lts.• Strong technical skills and familiarity with software tools, including MS Office applicati
ons.• Experience managing sensitive, potentially high-risk conversations with empathy and sound judgm
ent.

kills• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field — or a comparable blend of training and experi
ence
.
Pay $20 - $22/hr. + Incentive ($6,000 - $3
