As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in validating
the functionality, performance, and usability of our software products.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business
stakeholders to understand requirements, define test strategies, and
execute test plans. Your work will help ensure that high-quality,
mission-critical healthcare applications are delivered efficiently and
with confidence.
In this role, you will contribute to manual testing efforts and
continuously drive quality throughout the software development

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in validating

In this role, you will contribute to manual testing efforts and

**What You Will Do**
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases,
- Perform various types of testing including functional, regression,
- Inspect, analyze, and decompose business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify

- Monitor and track the resolution of defects, coordinating with
- Write and manage test data and configurations across different test
- Provide product demonstrations and internal training as needed to

- Proficiency with test case management tools (e.g., Zephyr,
- Hands-on experience using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA,
- Working knowledge of databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL
- Understanding of web services testing in SOA or microservices
- Exposure to version control tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Git).
- Experience testing within a CI/CD pipeline and Agile DevOps
- Exposure to public health systems or working in highly regulated
**Skills and Abilities**
- Highly analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently driving
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal
non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing
- Passionate about quality and user experience; always advocating for
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and abstractly when facing
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; comfortable working
- Eagerness to continuously learn and grow technical and professional
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,

- 25 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in
- Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
