Now, were hiring a Director of HR & Client Success to lead service execution across a portfolio of high-impact client relationships.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be front and center managing delivery, strengthening retention, and serving as the strategic HR partner for clinical and administrative leaders across the country.

Now, were hiring a Director of HR & Client Success to lead service execution across a portfolio of high-impact client relationships.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be front and center managing delivery, strengthening retention, and serving as the strategic HR partner for clinical and administrative leaders across the country.
What You'll Own
- Serve as the lead HR advisor & partner for assigned client accounts - managing service timelines, compliance outcomes, and day-to-day delivery
- Own the full lifecycle of HR services across policy development, compliance, leave management, audits, coaching, and documentation
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), track client retention and satisfaction, and identify opportunities to expand services
- Work closely with the COO on HR operations, and collaborate with the CRO to support client renewals and upsell opportunities
- Ensure all HR service deliverables are on time, audit-ready, and aligned with client expectations
- Build trust with clinical directors, executive teams, and founders and act as a stabilizing presence for their internal people operations
- The internal HR framework for our team including foundational processes, tools, training, performance management and more
- Leading culture, DEI, and development efforts for the organization both internally and externally
- 7-10+ years in HR leadership, consulting, or delivery preferably with experience supporting clinical or nonprofit organizations
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR (or able to obtain within 6 months)
- Proven record managing a $750K+ book of business and achieving a high level of client satisfaction across multiple accounts
- Experience creating and delivering HR policies, handbooks, I-9 programs, onboarding flows, and compliance systems
- Executive presence with ability to advise, coach, and communicate clearly with clinical leaders
- Tech-savvy and delivery-driven: you'll use tools like HubSpot, SharePoint, and Microsoft Planner to track progress and deliver at scale
- Able to balance strategy and execution through vision and hands-on execution to meet timeline and budget deliverables
