We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in data visualization tools, and have experience in interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights.

What You'll Do
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
Create visual reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Develop and maintain automated data processing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to inform business strategies
Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
