The Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time individual for CENGN’s Program Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will report to the PMO Manager and work closely with the CENGN team, Members, and Partners, to plan and execute several projects in a dynamic environment with emerging network technologies. The role will require operation management of the projects and to provide necessary frameworks, reporting, and controls to ensure successful execution.
Key Responsibilities include:
Project Planning:
· Draft project charters to capture project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop project plans to illustrate timelines, milestones, deliverables and appropriate resource allocation.
· Build strong relationships and establish clear roles and responsibilities with stakeholders
· Set-up risk probability matrix and a risk response plan with documented mitigation strategies
Project Execution:
· Lead project teams in a multi-party complex environment
· Manage multiple projects in parallel, requiring tracking and planning of people and platform resources, ensuring resource availability and allocation for each project
· Leverage technological expertise to assess project progress and redirect resources as needed
· Govern changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
· Build and present complex dashboards and reports (schedule, time-tracking, status, sprint analysis, resource analysis, KPI, etc.) to executives and project members
· Continuously monitor relationships with key stakeholders and take preventative actions to anticipate and resolve conflicts
· Update Finance on milestone completion and deliverable acknowledgement to trigger invoicing and release of funds
· Ensure project alignment with program goals and overall strategy
Project Closure
· Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
· Update risk register and share learnings with PMO to ensure continued realization of project benefits
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and broadcast project completion reports as required
The Project Manager may support internal planning activities:
· As a scrum master, ensure that scrum is effectively scaled across multiple teams, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile adoption within the organization
· Be an agile ambassador and coach teams and individual contributors, when necessary
· Support the development of program strategy and ensure alignment of assigned projects
Key Competencies/Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years Project Management experience in engineering or related discipline
What you need:

· Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
· Exceptional people skills are crucial for managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships
· Ability to navigate ever changing innovative landscape
· Critical thinking and attention to detail
· Ability to adapt to changes and flexibility to use the right tools and methodologies in a dynamic working environment
· Strong team orientation, working collaboratively to resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
· Sound judgment and ability in handling matters of a confidential and/or sensitive nature
· Experience working with Microsoft tools and Atlassian toolset including Confluence and JIRA
· Ability to build complex BI dashboards for project reporting would be an asset
· Aptitude to grasp and desire to learn emerging networking technologies and tools
You will stand out if you have:
· Exposure to R&D engineering/DevOps environments
· Member of PMI, PMP and/ or PgMP certified
· Certified Scrum Master
· Implemented LeSS or have working knowledge of LeSS framework
It would be nice-to-have experience in:
· Data Center and Cloud Computing (private, public, hybrid)
· Wireless technologies both licensed and unlicensed
· Internet Architecture, IOT, Data and AI principles
· Cybersecurity GRC
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
Languages:
· English oral, reading, and writing
· French oral, reading, and writing or any other language would be considered an asset
