Summary

The Senior Director, Corporate Systems will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and operational support of our enterprise platforms: NetSuite (ERP), Certinia (PSA), Workday (HRM), and Microsoft Purview (Data Governance). This role will be the primary liaison between IT and key business stakeholders in Finance, Human Resources, and Legal, ensuring that systems are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the roadmap for NetSuite, Certinia, Workday, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.

Business Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders in Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • Translate business needs into system capabilities and enhancements.

Program & Project Oversight

  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure service-level agreements are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Security, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Data teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives involving data governance, security, and operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor system performance and user satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Proven leadership and strategic vision, with the ability to align enterprise system roadmaps with business objectives and drive measurable value.
  • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing enterprise platforms such as NetSuite (ERP), Certinia (PSA), Workday (HRM), and Microsoft Purview (Data Governance).
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Finance, HR, Legal, and IT leaders.
  • Exceptional project and program management abilities, including leading large-scale implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on mitigating risks and delivering efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation, SLA enforcement, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and global business environments, with a strong focus on data governance, security, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise systems leadership, including direct ownership of NetSuite, Certinia, Workday, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Deep understanding of financial, HR, legal, and data governance processes.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Experience in regulated or global environments is a plus.
