As a member of the product team, you will be a part of a collaborative engineering, product, digital design, and data group. You will work with stakeholders from across the organization, from creative to marketing, ops to retail by supporting the planning and execution of features. You will contribute to product decisions that ultimately improve the customer experience while supporting business goals. You will manage multiple products and work with the rest of the team to define the quarterly roadmap for the company. The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize multiple, often conflicting, viewpoints and sources of data to define, implement, and iterate on product strategy and priorities.
Product Managers support the development and delivery of key features, especially on our Shopify-based platform. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter. They'll assist in prioritization efforts in sprint ceremonies and the overall roadmap. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, present updates, and bring a data-driven mindset to all that we do.
Your day-to-day:

The annual compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000. Colorado Residents: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation for this role starts at a minimum annual salary of $81,000. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
New York Residents: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation for this role starts at a minimum annual salary of $90,000. This range is based on the New York City geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Your day-to-day:
- Translate customer insights and business goals into clear, actionable product ideas across the full customer journey.
- Own the strategy and execution for customer-facing features along the Discovery, Consideration, & Purchase funnels as well as internal tools that support digital merchandising strategies.
- Partner with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to understand problems, align priorities, and deliver solutions.
- Drive collaboration and influence through persuasive communication, data storytelling, and structured thinking.
- Assist in defining KPIs and tracking key metrics to assess business opportunities and measure the success of features and projects. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) to pull data and generate reports to evaluate experiments or feature rollouts.
- Responsible for organizing agile scrum ceremonies for a team of engineers,, breaking down requirements into technical scope, estimates, and end-to-end project plans.
- Create and maintain a roadmap of shippable features, detailing the hypothesis, timeline for testing and implementation, and results to report to the product and executive teams.
- 2+ years of experience in product management for a consumer facing product
- Hands-on experience working with Shopify, with a strong grasp of its capabilities and limitations.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Airtable, and Figma.
- A track record using data and research to enhance customer journey
- Highly analytical and organized approach to problems, leverage data and research to present solutions.
- Empathy and effectiveness when working with cross-functional partners from diverse specialties and experience.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and are self-motivated, and comfortable moving forward with little guidance; unafraid to make big, strategic decisions on a daily basis and comfortable justifying the decisions taken
