We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to join our Business Systems team, reporting directly to the Director of Business Systems. This role will be instrumental in managing, optimizing, and expanding our core enterprise systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical expert who can bridge business requirements with system capabilities while supporting our growing technology ecosystem. As a critical member of the Business Systems team, you will work in a collaborative team environment, have the opportunity to work across all business functions and be responsible for a balance of strategic and hands-on technical work. This role will collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business units.

Responsibilities

Core ERP Management

NetSuite Administration & Development

  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite operations, configurations, and customizations
  • Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.0 solutions (Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce, User Event Scripts, Suitelets, Restlets)
  • Handle complex saved searches, workflows, and custom forms
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and auxiliary systems
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting

Systems Integration & Technical Support

Integration Management

  • Work with Celigo platform for system integrations
  • Develop and maintain API connections between systems
  • Monitor data flows and resolve integration issues
  • Support auxiliary systems including Zoho, Salesloft, and emerging platforms

Technical Project Support

  • Collaborate on system implementation projects
  • Participate in requirements gathering and solution design
  • Support testing, quality assurance, deployment, and rollout activities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Business Process Optimization

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze current business processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Propose and implement system enhancements
  • Support change management and user training initiatives

  • System uptime and performance
  • Successful project delivery and implementation
  • User satisfaction and support responsiveness
  • Process efficiency improvements
  • Integration stability and data accuracy

Qualifications

Technical Skills

NetSuite Expertise (3+ years):

  • Advanced NetSuite administration and configuration
  • SuiteScript 2.0 development experience (all script types)
  • Understanding of NetSuite modules: CRM, ERP, Financials
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations and APIs

Salesforce Expertise (1+ years):

  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Technical Foundation

  • Strong JavaScript programming skills
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)

Business & Soft Skills

Analytical & Problem-Solving:

  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong documentation, quality assurance, and training skills

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements.

Pay range: $125,000 - $156,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
