About the Role:
As a Customer Success Coordinator you will be the main point of contact for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for day to day client engagement, coordination, platform onboarding, and problem solving for your clients. Where applicable, will also work on and manage initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in the sales team’s processes. This position will exist within the customer success team in the sales department. This position is remote within Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Success a. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to effectively serve their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support account activities such as:
- Customer check ins
- Product calls
- QBRs
- Facilitate non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken by appropriate parties
- Communicating customer needs and feedback to other internal teams through the customer listening program
- Product and Services Deployment
- Support client onboarding and setup
- Clearly communicate product updates, enhancements, and new offerings to clients.
- Ensuring the appropriate parties are brought into upsell conversations with customers when needed
- Facilitate ongoing customer training when needed
- Collaborative Teamwork:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer expectations and deliver a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and provide ongoing education and guidance.
- Providing ad hoc support for sales operations related activities as they come up, including but not limited to reporting, product launches, and sales process improvements.
- Customer Metrics & Reporting:
- Support with maintaining processes to monitor key customer success metrics (e.g., churn rate, customer satisfaction scores, NPS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.)
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Able to manage sales opportunities with occasional support
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Able to problem-solve with support.
- Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks with support.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Works well in cross functional teams.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel, as well as good data management practices.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a bonus.
- Able to travel when required.
