Who We Are

Outlook Amusements is a leading e-commerce company dedicated to connecting individuals with expert guidance through our flagship brand, California Psychics. For over 30 years, we’ve empowered people to gain clarity and direction in their lives through personalized psychic readings from top-rated, professional advisors.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and take the lead on our responsive web and app experiences. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments, especially those familiar with the high energy and urgency of startups.

You’ll be the glue between UX, tech, analytics, marketing and leadership, delivering high-impact features and building delightful user experiences. If you’re data-driven, user-obsessed, and passionate about turning complexity into clarity, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for CaliforniaPsychics.com and its internal tools.
  • Lead multiple web and app projects from initial planning through launch and optimization.
  • Write clear product requirements, set timelines, and manage go-to-market execution.
  • Drive product improvements that support specific business goals using data and performance metrics.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to turn complex ideas into actionable, shippable tasks.
  • Make informed trade-offs between business priorities, user experience, and technical limitations.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes, user flows, and final product designs.
  • Ensure products are easy to use, accessible, and engaging across both web and mobile.
  • Gather and apply customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HotJar) to identify user behavior patterns and improvement areas.
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve key metrics like conversion and retention.
  • After launch, monitor product performance, report results, and work with stakeholders to iterate and improve.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure features are delivered as planned and aligned with broader business needs.

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (UX focused) in a small/medium consumer-focused, tech-driven B2C company, assessing the revenue impact of product initiatives.
  • Experience in a role related to SDLM.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — ready to roll up your sleeves to meet team goals.
  • Proven success in creating innovative, user-friendly websites or customer-facing features.
  • Solid understanding of product management methodologies, especially in agile development environments.
  • A portfolio of shipped web or mobile features that reflect strong user-centered thinking and measurable business impact.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and staying scrappy when needed.
  • Strong UX instincts not just reviewing designs but actively contributing to user flows and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Figma.
  • Data fluency - able to self-serve insights, interpret dashboards, and translate findings into action.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, ticket writing, grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines.
  • A strong sense of ownership - leading with clarity and confidence, driving alignment, and facilitating tough conversations.
  • Comfortable being the leader in the room, whether unblocking delivery or navigating prioritization.
  • Experience working with Jira and Monday.

Bonus Points For

  • Background in user research or experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, usability testing).
  • Understanding SEO, site performance metrics, and content strategy.

Working Conditions

  • Continuous work on a personal computer.
  • Ability to work remotely in Pacific Standard Time with a stable internet connection.
  • Occasional travel to company headquarters in Pasadena, CA.
