- Verify insurance eligibility and therapy benefits for new and existing patients
- Obtain and follow up on prior authorizations with insurance providers
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry using the Raintree EMR system
- Communicate with clinical teams and patients to facilitate a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate records and comply with HIPAA regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in healthcare or a medical office setting
- Experience with physical therapy authorizations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Raintree EMR or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance coding
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment
