illumifin is a leading provider of business process outsourcing for the insurance industry, managing policies for the nation's largest insurers. We also provide clients with unique risk management insight built upon our proprietary databases.

The VP of Operations is responsible for strategically leading the department to ensure alignment with the roadmap and meeting client expectations while focusing on compliance and best practices. The VP of Operations must also have strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, provide clear leadership to the department leaders, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Evaluate clients’ needs and respond with changes that are affected by State and Federal policy while implementing best practices to maintain competitive
  • Strategically advise leaders and staff within the department, working towards company and client objectives
  • Develop close partnerships with internal stakeholders across all parts of the business to ensure effective delivery of services, new features, and enhancements.
  • Oversight of business performance and empowering leaders to monitor and drive metrics to ensure alignment with the strategic roadmap
  • Partner with Account Management and Senior Leadership to ensure strategic business objectives are understood and achieved while reporting on current business performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a high-performing and highly engaging work environment
  • Manage BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) strategy to align with department roadmap while improving performance
  • Department budget ownership responsibilities. Partner closely with finance to build and ensure operations and administrative spending targets are being achieved
  • Ensure all departments operate within company policies and comply with insurance regulations and other laws. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on operational performance and key metrics that support System and Organization Controls (SOC) reporting.
