About The Role
We are looking for a driven, experienced and passionate Account Manager to join our Sales & Brand Partnerships team in Toronto, Canada. The Account Manager will be responsible for shaping media strategies, planning materials for advertisers, overseeing planning, as well as the delivery and the success of campaigns.

About The Role
We are looking for a driven, experienced and passionate Account Manager to join our Sales & Brand Partnerships team in Toronto, Canada. The Account Manager will be responsible for shaping media strategies, planning materials for advertisers, overseeing planning, as well as the delivery and the success of campaigns.
What You´ll Do
- The Account Management Team manages all campaigns/reporting/optimizations
- Deliver excellent customer service to our agency/ brand partners as well as our podcast partners
- Work closely with Account Executives & Directors to ideate and create media solutions for partners, responding to briefs with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience using Google’s suite of productivity tools including Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides; proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Work closely with content, ad-ops & finance to ensure smooth delivery of all campaigns
- Account management and on-going client and content partner communications
- Liaise with Acast’s podcasters to manage & monetise their podcast ad inventory
- Post-sales reporting and up-sell, leveraging the full suite of the Acast Marketplace
- Increasing brand renewal & campaign volume
- Build and maintain client and customer relationships
- Hybrid work structure remote & in office (Currently, 1 day/wk)
- A proactive and passionate media professional with 2-4 years’ experience in media planning, digital advertising, or account management.
- You are a highly productive,organized,detail oriented and enthusiastic doer with a great passion for podcasts, brand storytelling and advertising.
- More so, you leave your ego at the door and are willing to collaborate across markets to meet our collective objectives.
- An ability to be a self-starter and work independently at times is key also.
- You possess an energetic, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow and have a high level of attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple campaigns running simultaneously.
- A passionate media professional with a well rounded understanding of the ever evolving media landscape.
