Hiring from: Canada
Ready to revolutionize quality assurance with artificial intelligence? We're not looking for traditional QA engineers who follow the same old playbook. We need a visionary who can transform testing through the power of AI. In this role, you'll architect next-generation test frameworks that learn, adapt, and anticipate issues before they become problems.

Forget being the last stop before deployment—our QA team operates at the heart of product development. You'll pioneer GenAI solutions that automatically generate comprehensive test scenarios from product requirements, simulate unpredictable user behaviors, and uncover hidden edge cases that traditional testing would miss.

This position demands someone who thrives on innovation and technical challenges. You'll build sophisticated systems that leverage AI to predict failure points, analyze patterns across thousands of tests, and deliver actionable quality insights in real-time. This isn't about following a QA checklist—it's about engineering intelligence into the very fabric of our quality process.

Join our forward-thinking, AI-powered product team where your technical expertise will directly shape user experiences. If you're ready to redefine what's possible in quality assurance and harness cutting-edge AI to do it, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design and deploy sophisticated AI-powered test automation frameworks that scale with our rapidly evolving products
  • Leverage GenAI technologies to extract meaningful patterns from test results, identifying subtle defect trends before they impact users
  • Create intelligent simulation systems that use AI to generate diverse user scenarios and stress conditions, uncovering vulnerabilities traditional testing would miss

Quality Assurance Developer Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard product quality through advanced AI-driven automation, continuous quality monitoring, and proactive issue detection to ensure flawless releases

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in quality assurance engineering with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks
  • Practical experience implementing or developing with generative AI tools in either development or quality assurance contexts
