About the Role: As an HRIS Specialist at Vosyn, you will be at the forefront of optimizing and managing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support organizational efficiency and decision-making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze data, maintain system accuracy, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality.

You will play a vital role in ensuring HR systems align with organizational goals, delivering data-driven insights, and streamlining processes to create a seamless employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy HR professional to contribute to transformative projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize HRIS to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements.
  • Manage system updates, configurations, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide training and support to employees and HR teams on system usage.

About You

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Passionate about building strong teams and fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS), with familiarity in managing employee data and reporting.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced, innovative environment like Vosyn.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process

  • Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
  • Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
  • Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
  • Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
  • Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
