We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a deep understanding of the US market and a strong track record of hiring top-tier sales professionals.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a deep understanding of the US market and a strong track record of hiring top-tier sales professionals.

What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles in the US market
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract senior-level sales talent
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate-market fit
- Maintain ATS and provide regular updates on hiring metrics
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on sales hiring in the US
- Deep knowledge of the US talent landscape, compensation trends, and sourcing channels
- Proven success hiring mid-to-senior level sales professionals (B2B, SaaS, or fintech a plus)
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
