About Healthspan
Healthspan exists to make proactive, science-backed longevity care accessible to everyone.
We help our members optimize metabolic, hormonal, cognitive, and cardiovascular health—using precision diagnostics, clinician-guided care, and cutting-edge therapeutics grounded in real science. Every protocol we deliver is backed by data, rooted in credibility, and designed for long-term impact—not short-term hype.
Our team includes physicians, scientists, designers, and technologists with one shared goal: to extend healthspan—not just lifespan. We move fast, think rigorously, and care deeply about the lives we help change.
This is science made personal. Longevity, made actionable.
The Role
We’re hiring a VP of Growth to lead Healthspan’s direct-to-consumer growth strategy. This is a critical leadership position—not a typical growth marketing role.
You’ll architect and oversee the entire system that brings patients into our care: paid acquisition, SEO, web conversion, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth. We’re looking for someone who moves fast without cutting corners, who’s obsessed with understanding human behavior, and who believes great growth comes from deep trust and earned attention.
This role requires more than just optimization skills. It demands first-principles thinking, intellectual rigor, and a willingness to build for the long term. You’ll partner with teams across product, clinical, data, and design to create a patient journey that feels intelligent, personal, and scientifically grounded.
We’re not trying to be the loudest voice in the room. We’re trying to be the most credible. Growth at Healthspan should reflect that.

What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Own our DTC growth roadmap end-to-end: acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Build and scale a high-performing team across performance marketing, content, CRO, lifecycle, and growth analytics
- Measure and manage key KPIs: CAC:LTV, activation rate, conversion, retention, churn
- Lead paid strategy across search, social, video, podcast, and emerging channels
- Develop clear testing plans that balance speed with statistical confidence
- Work closely with creatives and content to ensure quality and messaging integrity
- Collaborate with product and engineering to design seamless trial and upgrade paths
- Shape self-serve experiences and growth loops that compound over time
- Use diagnostic results, health goals, and behavior data to personalize onboarding flows
- Treat our website as a living product, not a static asset
- Oversee continuous CRO, A/B testing, and journey mapping
- Ensure the experience is educational, elegant, and conversion-ready
- Build automated journeys to onboard, engage, and re-engage members across email, SMS, and in-app
- Personalize messaging based on diagnostic insights, goals, and specialty
- Collaborate with clinical and product teams to support long-term health outcomes
- Create a culture of experimentation with clear hypotheses and decision frameworks
- Instrument the full funnel in partnership with analytics and engineering
- Report on what matters—not just what’s measurable
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with credible voices in the longevity, health, and wellness space—including clinicians, creators, and thought leaders
- Manage influencer and affiliate relationships that align with our science-driven approach
- Explore co-branded initiatives, podcast features, and cross-channel collaborations to extend Healthspan’s reach
- Ensure all partnerships maintain clinical integrity and trust
- Proven Growth Leadership – You’ve built and led growth systems at consumer health, wellness, or SaaS companies. You’ve scaled from early traction to breakout growth, ideally from $10M to $20M+ in revenue or from thousands to hundreds of thousands of users.
- Strategic Partnerships Experience – You’ve led influencer or brand collaboration programs that drove both trust and growth. You know how to spot aligned partners, structure high-leverage relationships, and scale them without sacrificing quality or credibility.
- Domain Fluency – You’re well-versed in the longevity, preventative health, or telehealth space. You understand the nuances of consumer trust, regulatory sensitivity, and how to translate clinical value into compelling narratives.
- Technical Fluency – You understand the systems that power modern growth: data pipelines, marketing ops, attribution, tagging, lifecycle tooling, and experimentation infrastructure.
- Customer Empathy – You want to understand our members deeply—their motivations, their hesitations, and their health journeys—and design growth that respects their goals.
- Analytical Clarity – You move with curiosity and precision. You test before assuming. You prioritize insight over opinion.
- Clear Communicator – You write clearly, present with purpose, and collaborate well across disciplines.
- Bias Toward Action – You ship. You learn. You refine. You don’t wait for perfect.
- Integrity & Humility – You lead with rigor, but know your growth decisions impact people’s lives. You stay grounded in facts, science, and the long game.
We’re building something enduring—rooted in science, designed for people, and scaled through trust. You’ll get:
- A chance to shape the public conversation around longevity and preventative health
- A collaborative team that values deep work, bold thinking, and principled execution
- The opportunity to do the most meaningful work of your career
