What the job is all about

You’ll be part of our customer support team — the first line of contact for the people who use our services. Your job is to make sure our clients feel heard, supported, and taken care of.

Here’s the kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Answering questions from customers over chat, email, and sometimes phone
  • Explaining how our services work in a simple, friendly way
  • Solving problems or making sure someone else on the team follows up
  • Taking notes so others can jump in if needed later
