Jr. Project Manager

Our global retailer client has one of the fastest-growing b2b segments of their business, connecting millions of customers with third-party sellers across a wide range of categories. As a Project Coordinator or Jr. Project Manager, you’ll help drive the successful execution of key initiatives by ensuring cross-functional alignment, stakeholder accountability, and project clarity from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with business leads, legal, comms, and product teams to keep timelines on track and deliverables moving forward—playing a critical behind-the-scenes role in our Marketplace success.

Responsibilities

• Check-in with stakeholders to communicate SLAs, project status, and/or changes to launch timelines or activation dates.
• Oversee review process with business, Global Comms, and Legal teams and ensure stakeholders are responding by given due dates.
• Maintain and update project trackers and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional role
• Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects involving stakeholder conversations, gathering requirements, and guiding revisions.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Airtable is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
