About The Role
Finni Health is hiring a Quality & Compliance Associate (BCBA) to support our Clinical Quality & Compliance efforts during a team member's parental leave and continue as a core member of our compliance team. You’ll lead documentation reviews, support audit readiness, and help standardize clinical quality across our growing national ABA network.
This is a high-leverage role for a seasoned BCBA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape the future of ABA quality standards.

Compensation Range: $85K - $100K

You’ll lead documentation reviews, support audit readiness, and help standardize clinical quality across our growing national ABA network.

Key Responsibilities
- Review treatment plans, session notes, and assessments for quality and payer compliance
- Support internal audits, track clinical KPIs, and identify training needs
- Collaborate on clinical policy updates and documentation tools
- Guide BCBAs on compliance best practices and audit prep
- Assist with payer audits and corrective action plans
- Active BCBA, 5+ years clinical experience
- Strong understanding of Medicaid & commercial documentation standards
- Experience in QA, compliance, or clinical leadership preferred
- Excellent writing, attention to detail, and clinical judgment
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple teams and systems
- Multi-state compliance knowledge
- Involvement in payer audits or internal QA initiatives
- Training, SOP, or clinical playbook development
