Purchasing and Supply student

As a Purchasing and Supply student, you will play an active role in managing and analyzing supplier data by ensuring its accuracy and updates, optimizing tracking processes using Excel, and supporting internal initiatives such as surveys and presenting results. If you're looking to gain hands-on experience in procurement, don’t miss this opportunity! Plus, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely and/or in a hybrid mode, depending on your location and preferences.

Job Summary

• You will contact suppliers to validate and update their contact information and ensure the supplier database (master data) is kept up to date;
• You will also extract and analyze reports, create templates, and carry out basic analyses;
• Using Excel, you will help optimize data tracking and analysis;
• Additionally, you will take part in internal surveys, contribute to the analysis of the results, and support their presentation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Student in Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field;
• Ability to communicate in English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Aptitude for presenting information clearly and in a structured manner.
