You will be the lifeblood of the customer service department, providing answers to inquiries, fixing problems, and making ordinary encounters extraordinary. It could be a great fit for you if you have patience, enjoy interacting with people, and are good at working in a fast-paced online setting.
Things You Must Do
Handle all customer service inquiries from A to Z through live chat, email, and phone.
Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and guide clients through the use of items or services
Maintain composure, empathy, and efficiency in all interactions, even when faced with intense pressure. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve increasingly complicated issues.
Use CRM software to keep meticulous and precise records of all contacts with customers.
Try new things all the time to see what works better for the customers.
Our Desired Outcome
only if you are a legal resident of the United States and have a valid work visa
at least one year of relevant work experience in a customer service, support, or call center capacity; knowledge of working remotely is an asset
Good communicator; you're personable, warm, and competent.
Knowledgeable about and adept at using a variety of technological platforms
