About The Role

Live Action is seeking a dynamic and engaging full-time Social Media Content Creator to join their team. Reporting directly to the VP of Content, this role is vital in producing compelling, shareable content across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong on-camera presence and a passion for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences. This position offers the opportunity to be a prominent voice in the pro-life movement, creating impactful videos, scripts, and social media campaigns that support Live Action’s mission. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in California, and provides significant growth potential within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in scripting, producing, and presenting engaging content independently
  • Passion for the pro-life movement with a basic understanding of pro-life apologetics
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to receive feedback and iterate content for maximum effectiveness
  • Experience with video editing or familiarity with basic editing tools is a plus
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with audiences and collaborating with team members
  • Prior experience in digital media, content creation, or related fields preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-camera talent for Live Action’s digital platforms, creating engaging video content
  • Develop and implement content strategies that amplify Live Action’s message and increase audience engagement
  • Create a variety of content formats including short-form videos, reels, TikToks, and more
  • Stay informed about social media trends, viral challenges, and platform algorithm updates to optimize content reach
  • Collaborate with social media and content teams to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas for viral and evergreen content
  • Write compelling scripts, captions, and call-to-action messages aligned with Live Action’s voice and values
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and participating in conversations relevant to pro-life advocacy
  • Work closely with in-house videographers and editors to produce high-quality, polished content
  • Assist in developing influencer partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Represent Live Action at events, interviews, or media appearances as needed
