We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and employee engagement to attract top-tier talent for our organization. You will be instrumental in delivering results that meet fast-paced hiring goals across multiple time zones and locations.
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Pay Rate: $41–$46/hr (Based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Contract | 6 Months

What You'll Do
Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding across multiple time zones.
Partner with hiring managers to develop strong sourcing strategies and fill niche roles.
Deliver clear communication to candidates on company culture, interview prep, and career growth.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to recruit across diverse functions in a high-volume, multi-location, and remote setting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
