In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via tele chat, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Compensation Range: $55K - $60K
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via tele chat, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via tele chat to provide support and address any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Assist customers in navigating our services and products, providing necessary information and guidance
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, following company procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system
- Collaborate with different departments to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Keep updated with the company's products, services, and processes to provide accurate information to customers
- Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or trends affecting customer satisfaction
- Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and processes to the team and management
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or tele chat environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with different systems and software
- Able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
