We're Hiring: Cancer Registrar!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Cancer Registrar to join our team.

Role: Cancer Registrar

Location: Ventura, CA

Pay Rate: $48.50/hour

Duration: 26 weeks

Expected Shift: 8am-5pm, 3 days/24 hours/week

Job Summary

  • Comfortable with case finding and data mining.
  • Collect and maintain accurate cancer patient records and data.
  • Analyze cancer statistics for quality assurance and improvement.

Qualifications

  • ODS (Oncology Data Specialist) certification required
  • Must be on the California State Cancer Registry
  • Strong case finding experience
  • Must be an independent abstractor with ability to work autonomously

Tools/Skills Needed

  • Proficiency with CNext
  • Able to handle volume independently without close oversight
