This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on a primarily work from home basis, with occasional requirements to come into the office in Downtown Toronto for training and meetings.

What You'll Do:

  • Supporting the Retention of members in the Care portfolio
  • Support engagement and response efforts via email enquiries from internal Medcan staff
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to update plan members' profile information, including credit card details and other relevant attributes.
  • Track and contribute to the monthly progress towards membership renewal targets
  • Facilitate client membership plan adjustments and sending invoices to clients upon request via both inbound and outbound calling.
  • Assist with organization to help maximize efficiency and exceptional client service
  • Work with Membership team to develop membership retention strategies across product pillars
  • Direct member issues and cancellations to the appropriate colleagues
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, or Health Sciences
  • At least 6 months experience in client/customer service (phone or in-person) and/or client loyalty & retention
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including basic data analysis in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is well suited to candidates who can prioritize and work independently but also be able to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders such as but not limited to Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Finance, Clinic, and Physicians.

Other desired attributes include:

  • The ability to respond to ad-hoc requests from internal clients
  • The ability to respond to changing business priorities
  • The ability to deliver results on a timely basis with minimal supervision
