  • A daily experience that’s anything but routine — every day is different, and that’s what makes it exciting!
  • A team where connectivity also means human connection — where 5 à 7s are a chance to socialize, sprints help us move forward together, and hackathons fuel our innovation.
  • A hybrid work model that lets you choose to work from home or from one of our offices — it’s your call!
  • The opportunity to work remotely from abroad for up to 3 months (90 days).
  • A wellness account to reimburse expenses related to your well-being, passions, and personal interests.
  • Free 24/7 access to an online healthcare professional and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • A comprehensive group insurance plan, including vision and dental care.
  • A group RRSP with employer contributions.
  • A parental leave top-up for maternity/paternity leave.

Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you will coordinate the development of innovative physical products (firmware, electronics, mechanics) in an agile environment. You will ensure smooth delivery, cross-team alignment, and the achievement of quality, timeline, and cost objectives. Your leadership will support the adoption of agile practices.

Your Next Challenge

  • Set up and maintain tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) to visualize velocity, dependencies, and progress.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between teams (FW, electronics, mechanics, back-end).
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to organize and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
  • Actively participate in daily meetings and ensure smooth delivery across teams.
  • Identify delivery risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Produce clear progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
  • Adapt agile practices to the realities of physical product development (manufacturing lead times, field testing, hardware dependencies).
  • Promote continuous improvement and coach the team toward self-organization.
  • Train new team members on agile methodology and tools.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align practices across the organization.
  • Implement changes and actions to increase team productivity.
  • Plan milestones, track deliverables, and manage risks and resources.
  • Ensure alignment between technical objectives and operational constraints.
  • Act as the point of contact between technical teams and management functions (PO, leadership, production).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a physical product development context (IoT, electronics, hardware, etc.).
  • Strong background in project management (planning, tracking, multi-team coordination).
  • Excellent understanding of firmware, electronics, and mechanical environments.
  • Ability to navigate between agile practices and industrial constraints.
  • Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and diplomacy.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools (an asset).
