We are currently seeking a Formula Regulatory Review Associate to join our Regulatory Affairs team and support the review and approval of cosmetic formulations in compliance with global regulations.

We are currently seeking a Formula Regulatory Review Associate to join our Regulatory Affairs team and support the review and approval of cosmetic formulations in compliance with global regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess cosmetic product formulations for regulatory compliance with global standards (e.g., US, EU, Canada, Asia-Pacific).
- Ensure ingredient usage complies with regional restrictions, prohibitions, and concentration limits.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams to ensure formulas meet regulatory and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of formula assessments.
- Stay current with cosmetic regulatory changes and provide guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Support the preparation of product information files, safety assessments, and regulatory submissions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related Physical Sciences.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant regulatory experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods industry.
- Working knowledge of cosmetic ingredient regulations (e.g., INCI, EU Cosmetic Regulation, FDA guidelines).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and regulatory databases.
- Experience with global cosmetic regulatory systems (e.g., EU CPNP, US MoCRA, etc.).
- Familiarity with formulation software or databases.
