Key Responsibilities
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the design and automation process
- Guide clients through our website and educate them on the services we offer
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions for clients
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and their inquiries
- Continuously improve customer service experience and contribute to the development of our chat support services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service and technical support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Familiarity with office automation systems is a plus
