Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant to our Strategy & Operations team, you’ll be a vital support partner, ensuring smooth coordination across our growing organization. You’ll manage dynamic calendars, organize virtual and on-site meetings, and handle travel logistics for our leadership team. In this remote role, you’ll also collaborate with the admin team to schedule candidate interviews and other key meetings. Acting as a central communication hub, you’ll help leadership deliver clear, impactful messages to both our team and clients—making a positive impact every day.

Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant to our Strategy & Operations team, you’ll be a vital support partner, ensuring smooth coordination across our growing organization. You’ll manage dynamic calendars, organize virtual and on-site meetings, and handle travel logistics for our leadership team. Acting as a central communication hub, you’ll help leadership deliver clear, impactful messages to both our team and clients—making a positive impact every day.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to Strategy & Operations executives, including complex calendar management and prioritization.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, prepare itineraries, and manage travel logistics.
- Communication Management: Draft, edit, and format executive-level documents and client communications; ensure messaging is clear, professional, and aligned with brand tone.
- Meeting & Event Planning: Plan and coordinate in-office and virtual team meetings, interviews, and special events, managing logistics from scheduling to follow-up.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion in all communications.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track and report on key administrative and operational activities using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Team Collaboration: Partner with other administrative professionals to ensure alignment across executive priorities and team initiatives.
Education and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities efficiently.
- Professional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients and executive leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Teams and other collaboration tools.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in preparing communications, documents, and meeting materials.
- Collaborative Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first mentality and a passion for creating a positive team experience.
- Discretion & Integrity: Trusted to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Travel: Limited; occasional support for in-person events or meetings may require light travel.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, remote-friendly with some in-office coordination as needed based on team events or executive needs.
