Now, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on digital Marketing Manager to help us accelerate growth and bring our brand to life across digital channels.

About The Role

This isn’t your average marketing job. We want a full-stack digital marketer who’s both an artist and a tactician — someone who understands that performance data is the real creative brief, and who thrives in the white space between brand, funnel, and conversion.

What You'll Do

  • Drive and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels (Meta, Google, email, SEO, retargeting, partnerships, etc.).
  • Serve as the engine behind acquisition strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and content creators to craft compelling campaigns, CTAs, landing pages, and lead magnets.
  • Own the performance of the funnel from click to consult.
  • Track and analyze KPIs across platforms and build dashboards and actionable insights.
  • Ruthlessly identify what’s working and eliminate what’s wasting budget.
  • Develop and refine lifecycle journeys using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Engage leads and drive conversion through automated flows and retargeting strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Protect and evolve the brand across every post, page, and pixel.
  • Manage freelancers, vendors, and agencies as needed.
  • Ensure quality, velocity, and ROI.

Requirements:

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or equivalent in education and experience
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in health, wellness, or tech
  • Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution) and funnel performance
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Manager, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Expertise in building and optimizing marketing funnels for measurable business growth
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and rapid iteration
  • Excellent communication skills; able to clearly explain campaign performance to diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, or startup environments
  • Experienced in using CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting dashboards (DOMO) a plus
  • Strong grasp of the interplay between brand and performance marketing
  • Sound judgment, strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity
  • Passion for health, performance, and innovation is a major plus
