We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager Quality Assurance to join our Operations team. ATX Networks offers and outstanding work environment and a competitive compensation package.


Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Global Operations, the Senior Manager Quality Assurance is responsible for managing and improving the ATX Quality Management System (QMS) and related processes. It also includes the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company quality standards.


Working closely with all company departments, the manager is responsible for the monitoring and auditing of all processes, and the continual analysis of performance metrics and quality defects. It will require strong partnerships across ATX product teams, engineering teams, operations teams, and ATX suppliers and contract manufacturers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake Quality Assurance activities for the delivery of all sectors of the business, including both customers and suppliers.
  • Lead the development and release of new processes, procedures and forms in support of maintaining a comprehensive quality program.
  • Perform internal and external audits as required.
  • Maintain a strategic supplier monitoring program.
  • Lead root cause analysis of product or process issues.
  • Monitor and improve supplier quality performance.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Identify deficiencies or gaps in verification/validation activities and help develop solutions that assure comprehensive and complete reporting
  • Lead the ISO quality program.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with established workplace policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years direct experience in quality management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent).
  • Qualification and experience as a quality auditor.
  • Quality management training in ISO, Six Sigma (or equivalent).
  • Experience developing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • You have detail-oriented, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem resolution skills.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to produce quality results in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.


TRAVEL:

Occasional travel will be required.



This position can be remote in the Province of Ontario or in the U.S.A.
