Job Title: Systems Specialist (Technical Support)
Location: [Raleigh, North Carolina or Remote]
Salary: $48,000 annually + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

Visibility is an innovative tech startup in the automotive industry, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Systems Specialist to provide technical support and system management within our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for internal systems and users, ensuring seamless operation of Windows-based environments.
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and PC environments, ensuring optimal system performance.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data importing, formatting, filtering, and formula creation. (Macro building is a plus and may lead to higher starting pay.)
Work with Google Sheets at an equivalent proficiency level to Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system improvements and user training.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and PC environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formula writing.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, mirroring Excel capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills for troubleshooting and team collaboration.
