As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing Lumata's implementation processes. Your work involves leading projects, developing new protocols, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our partners. You'll collaborate with teams across Lumata, including Care Management, Tech teams, Sales, and Account Management, to foster alignment and drive success.

In order to perform the essential functions of this job, you must have a dedicated remote workspace, and a wireless connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps of download speed and 10 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth for each person working from home; the workspace is private and has low to no noise level as you will be on phone calls with patients. It is very important that your workspace is HIPAA compliant; your company issued laptop/pc must maintain visibility that only you can access as you'll be handling patient data. You are also expected to have your camera on during virtual meetings, therefore, you must be in a designated workspace/room for privacy.

Compensation Details
$70,000 - $90,000 Yearly Salary
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Exempt)

Position Overview:
As an Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing Lumata's implementation processes. Your work involves leading projects, developing new protocols, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our partners. You'll collaborate with teams across Lumata, including Care Management, Tech teams, Sales, and Account Management, to foster alignment and drive success.
Essential Functions
- Act as the primary support for clients during the implementation process. Responsibilities include conducting kickoff meetings, managing physician setup, overseeing documentation, billing, EMR setup, and providing ongoing communication. You will also handle go-live management and post-launch support.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with partners. Influence key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes and collaborate across functions to align strategies with business objectives.
- Develop scalable processes and workflows to support business growth. Identify and act on opportunities for enhanced provider engagement and strategic expansion.
- Apply your analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the overall success of the implementation process.
Required Skills
- Experience working in an Ophthalmology clinic a plus.
- Comfort and proficiency engaging practice leadership to ensure partnership alignment and encourage early provider adoption.
- Very comfortable working cross-functionally and able to partner with and help inspire colleagues to achieve client success.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize the partnership as well as enhance the approach to partner onboarding.
- Excellent communication, presentation and persuasive abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to pivot across multiple projects over a short period of time.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Google Suite, Asana, and other project management tools and technology in support of your partner launches and expansions.
- Six Sigma experience a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 25%) in support of launches and expansions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience with implementation and project management, preferably in a healthcare or specialty clinic setting (strongly preferred).
- Must have a home office that is secure and free of distractions (HIPAA-compliant workspace).
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at the desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to hear, speak, call and virtually meet.
- Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
