Full timeWe are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this foundational role, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and input of critical company-level information, key leadership contacts, and their corresponding contact details. Your work will directly support our research, sourcing, and business development efforts by ensuring the integrity and completeness of our proprietary databases.

Key Responsibilities
Data Identification & Collection
- Conduct online research using various public and proprietary resources to identify relevant company-level information.
- Systematically identify key leadership contacts within target companies, such as CEOs, CFOs, and other decision-makers.
- Diligently search for and verify the contact information for identified leadership contacts.
Data Management
- Accurately input identified company data and contact information into the company’s CRM system and other internal databases.
- Ensure all data entered is consistent, complete, and adheres to established data quality standards and guidelines.
- Perform routine data cleaning and verification to maintain the integrity and accuracy of existing records.
Resource Utilization & Support
- Efficiently navigate and leverage a variety of online search engines, industry databases, and professional networking platforms to gather required information.
- Work closely with the research and sourcing teams to understand data requirements and ensure the information collected meets their needs.
- Provide support in ad-hoc data gathering and research tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or research support role, demonstrating a strong aptitude for accurate information processing.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and precision in data identification and entry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new software and online research tools quickly.
- Online Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize online resources for information gathering and verification.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Personal Attributes: Diligent, reliable, proactive, and a team player committed to producing high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in a corporate research or financial services environment.
- An interest in market research, finance, or mergers & acquisitions.
